主讲人简介：Attilio MUCELLI, Associate Professor of Management Accounting and Financial Accounting at the Faculty of Economics “Giorgio Fuà”, Polytechnic University of Marche, Italy. His main research interests include Management accounting, Intellectual capital measurement and evaluation models, Pension fund management, and Management and cultural issues of firms’ internationalization strategies. He has published 9 books and has many papers discussed in international conferences in the relevant area. Also he has been consultant and has taught courses in several companies in Italy.
内容简介：In the first lecture, Attilio MUCELLI will introduce the specifications of the Italian industrial system that make it very similar to the China situation and the topic of the cost accounting tools in use in the Italian SMEs.
In the second lecture, Attilio MUCELLI will introduce the topic related to the great innovation capability of the Italian companies but also their financial difficulties, based on his recent research "Innovation processes in Italian SMEs: opportunities and obstacles". In this situation the Go Global strategy could be very effective for the Chinese companies that want to invest in Italy. Through two case studies relating to the acquisitions of two Italian companies by two different Chinese companies, the problematic aspects will be highlighted in terms of cultural and management integration.
